move player::fall_asleep() and dependent functions to Character scope #34828

Summary

SUMMARY: Infrastructure "move player::fall_asleep() and dependent functions to Character scope"

Purpose of change

part of #34721
required in order for #34807 to work properly.

Describe the solution

moves function declarations from player to Character, changes function definitions to use new scope, changes file the function definition is in from player.cpp to character.cpp where applicable.

Testing

Compiled.

Additional context

Should not have any impact on gameplay, as no saving or loading code was touched.
